I have been concluding my Certification as a Conscious Life and Parenting Coach, trained at Dr. Shefali’s Coaching Institute in New York, which is internationally recognised for integrating Western clinical psychology with Eastern wisdom and philosophy.

I’m also a Certified Project Manager and hold a Master’s degree in Law and Public Administration.

I’m Polish-British, living between London and WrocÅ‚aw, Poland. For years,
I built my career in international companies across a variety of sectors, gaining invaluable experience and a global perspective. Yet, I felt called toward supporting others on their path to personal growth and self-empowerment. That calling became my true work and greatest passion.
My Story
My journey to self-awareness and personal growth began with an unsettling truth — reaching my goals didn’t bring the joy or fulfilment I’d imagined. That emptiness sparked a deep search for my why. Along the way, I shed layers of cultural and generational conditioning, uncovering the desires, goals, and vision that truly felt like mine.

After years of inner work and exploring various modalities, I felt called to support others on similar journeys — drawing not only from acquired knowledge, but from lived experience. My insights come from walking the same path as many, navigating life’s challenges and transformations.
My path has taken me across countries and cultures, and through each transition—whether professional or personal, I’ve learned to embrace change, grow through challenges, and rediscover my strength.
